Milestones
2006
CERMET development

Incorporation

Founded in 2006, CERMET initially focused on dry-pressed powder materials and pre-processing solutions for tungsten alloys (W–Ni–Fe, W–Ni–Co, W–Cu, W–Th) and cemented carbides (WC–Co, WC–Ni). These materials are widely used in applications such as cutting tools and watch components. Despite limited equipment and resources, CERMET’s R&D team achieved a key breakthrough by developing an innovative surface treatment that eliminated skin irritation caused by nickel in watch bands, addressing a long-standing challenge in the watch industry.

Establishment of MIM and CIM feedstock product lines

Through the introduction of advanced equipment, talent development, and continuous technological iteration, CERMET has established a powder materials and polymer applications laboratory in collaboration with manufacturing partners and customers. The company has developed solvent debinding feedstock technologies for both metal and ceramic applications, which have been successfully applied in structural components for 3C electronic products. CERMET now offers integrated capabilities covering mold design, material formulation, molding, debinding, sintering, machining, and surface treatment, enabling efficient solutions to complex technical challenges and supporting sustainable growth.
